Delivery
A table can reach you in three ways: I drive it out, you collect it yourself in Rødovre, or a smaller table is shipped by carrier.
I drive it out
The price is agreed case by case. A small coffee table left at the kerb and a long plank table carried to the third floor are not the same job. Write where the table is going, and what the access is like, and I will tell you what it costs. The price depends on four things:
- how far it has to be driven
- how large the table is
- how much it weighs
- whether it can be left at the kerb, or has to be carried up — to a flat, for instance
You collect it
The tables are in Rødovre and can be collected by appointment. There is good parking right outside, and I am happy to help carry out to the car.
I ship it
A smaller table can be sent by carrier, especially the desks. The top and the trestles are packed together in one parcel, which I send with PostNord, GLS or another carrier, whichever suits the dimensions and the destination best. The cost depends on the weight and the address, so tell me where it is going and I will find the price.
The top lifts off the trestles
The tables are not light, but they are manageable. The top is not fixed. It simply rests on the trestles and lifts off, so the table is easily carried and put in the car in two pieces. The desks' size and shape make them easy to take along. The smaller dining tables fit in the back of an ordinary car with the rear seats folded down. Otherwise the table can go on the roof or on a trailer. They have been collected in ordinary cars and carried home on the bus. One went home in a convertible, standing upright on the back seat and sticking up through the roof that was not there.
